This Delivery Information outlines how delivery and installation services are arranged for products purchased or subscribed through SmartLivingPlan.my website.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are available within Malaysia only, subject to product availability, service coverage, and accessibility of the delivery location.

Certain remote or restricted areas may require additional arrangements or may not be serviceable.

2. Delivery & Installation Arrangement

Delivery and installation are arranged in accordance with LG Subscribe programme guidelines and are handled by LG authorised logistics or service partners.

Installation services, where applicable, are subject to site conditions, technical requirements, and LG’s installation policies.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation or scheduling.

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

  • Stock availability
  • Logistics scheduling
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Technical or operational constraints

Such delays are beyond our direct control and do not constitute grounds for automatic cancellation or refund.

4. Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and before installation.

Any visible damage, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported at the time of delivery to the delivery personnel or our sales representative.

Failure to report issues upon delivery may affect eligibility for replacement or service claims.

5. Failed or Missed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if:

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time
  • Access to the delivery location is restricted or unsafe

In such cases, rescheduling may be required and additional delivery or handling fees may apply, subject to LG’s delivery policies.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Accurate delivery information is provided
  • Someone is available to receive the product at the scheduled time
  • The delivery location is accessible and suitable for installation

Any additional costs arising from failure to meet these conditions shall be borne by the customer.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

As an independent Authorised LG Subscribe Specialist, we facilitate delivery arrangements but do not directly perform delivery or installation services.

Final delivery execution, scheduling, and technical assessments are handled by LG authorised partners, and outcomes are subject to LG’s operational policies.
